INTERNATIONAL CAR WASH GROUP STRENGTHENS EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF NEW US PRESIDENT

DENVER, CO, July 8, 2019 — The International Car Wash Group (ICWG), the world’s largest local car wash company, today announced the appointment of Jason Price as President for the United States.  Reporting to Thomas Mangas, Chief Executive Officer, Price will have full P&L responsibility for the business’s operations and for driving top-line growth and profitability.

     The new president’s responsibilities will include establishing core operational excellence in running exisiting sites, driving acquisition integration, and building more efficient scaled capabilities to support ICWG’s accelerated growth in the U.S.  This includes oversight of KPI management, procurement, marketing, and engineering.

     Price will be based at ICWG US headquarters in Centennial, CO.

    Recognized as an accomplished and results-driven executive leader, Price brings 30 years of in-depth experience and success in driving operational growth, building best-in-class sales teams, spearheading change initiatives, and exceeding service expectations.  ICWG looks forward to accessing his invaluable depth of retail knowledge, which includes merchandising, product development, marketing, operations, and sales. Price brings a wide range of experience from industry-leading Fortune 500 companies, including Advance Auto Parts, Lowe’s and Nordstrom. Most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at private equity-backed ESW Group, he spearheaded international expansion and solidified multi-year contracts with national distributors.
